تستعرض هذه الدراسة آفاق العلاقات بين إيران وجماعة الحوثي في سياق الحرب الأهلية اليمنية والتوتُّرات الإقليمية المتصاعدة، خصوصًا بعد أحداث 7 أكتوبر 2023م؛ كما توضِّح مراحل تطوُّر العلاقة بين الجانبين، مِن دعم عسكري محدود ونفوذ إيراني هامشي، خلال الفترة (2005م- 2014)، إلى شراكة إستراتيجية وثيقة، خلال الفترة (2015- 2024)، ثمَّ تحوُّل الحوثيين مِن وكيل إيراني إلى شريك محوري في "محور المقاومة" بعد التوتُّر الإيراني الإسرائيلي والحرب الإسرائيلية على غزَّة ولبنان، وهو ما عزَّز النفوذ الإيراني الإقليمي، ورغم هذا التماسك الذي يظهره تحالف إيران مع الحوثيين إلَّا أنَّه يتعرَّض اليوم لاختبار صعب، وبخاصَّة بعد دخول ترامب البيت الأبيض مجدَّدًا. Abstract: This study examines the prospects of the relationship between Iran and the Houthi movement within the context of the Yemeni civil war and escalating regional tensions, particularly following the events of October 7. The study outlines the stages of development in the Iran-Houthi relationship, from limited military support and marginal Iranian influence between 2005 and 2014, to a close strategic partnership from 2015 to 2024. The analysis further highlights the evolution of the Houthis from an Iranian proxy to a key partner in the "Axis of Resistance" following heightened Iran-Israel tensions and Israeli war on Gaza and Lebanon, which have bolstered Iran's regional influence. Despite the apparent cohesion in the Iran-Houthi alliance, the partnership faces a significant test today, especially with Donald Trump's return to the White House.
