ملخص: يحلّل هذا البحث أثر عملية طوفان الأقصى في السابع من أكتوبر 2023 وما تبعها من حرب إبادة- في موازين القوى في الشرق الأوسط، وما نتج عنها من إعادة تعريف للمصالح والتحالفات الإقليمية والدولية. تنطلق الإشكالية من سؤال عن كيفية تغيّر التوازن الإقليمي، ودفع الفاعلين لإعادة تموضعهم. تفترض الدراسة أن الحدث شكّل منعطفًا كشف هشاشة ترتيبات ما بعد الثورات العربية والاتفاقيات الإبراهيمية. اعتمد البحث منهجًا تحليليًّا يجمع بين توازن القوى والمنعطفات الحرجة، ويخلص إلى أن الحدث أعاد تشكيل التوازنات، ووضع القضية الفلسطينية في مركز المشهدين السياسي والحقوقي. Abstract: This research analyzes the impact of the events of October 7, 2023 on the balance of power in the Middle East and the resulting redefinition of regional and international interests and alliances. The study examines how the regional balance shifted and how actors sought to reposition themselves. It argues that the event marked a turning point exposing the fragility of post–Arab Spring and Abraham Accords arrangements. Using an analytical approach combining balance-of-power theory and critical junctures theory, the study concludes that the event reshaped power dynamics and placed the Palestinian issue at the center of political and human-rights developments in the region.
