ملخّص: يتناول هذا البحث الأبعاد الإقليمية للحرب على إيران مع التركيز على منطقة الخليج، ثم يقيّم النتائج الإقليمية للصراع، وأخيرًا، يتناول البحث تأثيرات الصراع في الأمن الإقليمي بمرحلة ما بعد الحرب. ويقدم حجتين أساسيتين: الأولى هي أن حرب 28 فبراير 2026 شكّلت نقطة تحوّل مهمّة في بنية الأمن الإقليمي في الشرق الأوسط. والثانية هي أنه على عكس الافتراضات التقليدية، لم تظهر هذه النقطة التحولية فجأة؛ بل مثّلت ذروة التوترات الإقليمية التي كانت تُدار منذ فترة طويلة، والتي بدأ العديد من الدول الإقليمية بالفعل في الاستعداد لها. ABSTRACT: This article examines the regional dimensions of the war against Iran, focusing on the Gulf region. It then assesses the regional consequences of the conflict and, finally, addresses the impact of the conflict on regional security in the post-war period. The article presents two main arguments. The first is that the war of February 28 marked a significant turning point in the regional security architecture of the Middle East. The second is that, contrary to conventional assumptions, this turning point did not emerge suddenly; rather, it represented the culmination of long-standing regional tensions, for which many regional states had already begun to prepare.
