ملخّص: يبحث هذا التحليل ديناميات العلاقة الإستراتيجية داخل تحالف محور مصر والخليج، مع التركيز على التفاعلات بين مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات. على الرغم من أن هذه العلاقة شهدت العديد من التقلبات خلال العقد الماضي بسبب الظروف المتغيرة في المنطقة، إلا أنها لا تزال واحدة من أهم التحالفات. يهدف التحليل إلى تقديم رؤية ثاقبة حول ما إذا كانت العلاقة بين الأطراف تحالفًا إستراتيجيًّا دائمًا أم مجرد شراكة مؤقتة تعتمد على ديناميات القوة السائدة. ويقيّم العوامل الأساسية التي تشكل طبيعة التحالف المصري الخليجي، ويسلط الضوء على النقاط الرئيسة للاتفاق والخلاف بين الأطراف. ABSTRACT: This analysis examines the dynamics of the strategic relationship within the Egypt-Gulf axis, focusing on the interactions between Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Although this relationship has undergone many fluctuations over the past decade due to changing circumstances in the region, it remains one of the most important alliances. The analysis aims to provide insight into whether the relationship between the parties is a permanent strategic alliance or merely a temporary partnership dependent on prevailing power dynamics. It also assesses the fundamental factors that shape the nature of the Egyptian-Gulf alliance and highlights the main points of agreement and disagreement between the parties.
