ملخّص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تأصيل المفهوم النظري للحرب النفسية وعلاقته بالحروب الهجينة، وتحليل الأساليب والتقنيات النفسية المستخدمة فيها، مع مقارنة المقاربات الغربية والروسية في توظيف هذه الأداة الإستراتيجية. وتهدف كذلك إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة في فعالية الحرب النفسية، وتطوير إطار نظري يوضح دورها في بنية الحروب الهجينة؛ وذلك بهدف سد الفجوة المعرفية في الأدبيات العربية حول هذا الموضوع، وتقديم رؤية إستراتيجية تساعد صناع القرار في مواجهة هذا النوع من التهديدات المعقدة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أوصت بتطوير نموذج نظري متكامل التحول من النهج التفاعلي إلى الاستباقي في مواجهة التهديدات النفسية من خلال تطوير أنظمة إنذار مبكر وآليات ردع فعالة. ABSTRACT: The study aims to establish the theoretical foundation of psychological warfare and its relationship with hybrid wars, while analyzing the psychological methods and techniques employed within them. It also compares Western and Russian approaches to the use of this strategic tool, identifies the factors influencing the effectiveness of psychological warfare, and develops a theoretical framework that clarifies its role within the structure of hybrid conflicts. The objective is to bridge the knowledge gap in Arabic literature on this subject and to provide a strategic vision that assists policymakers in addressing such complex threats. Additionally, the study recommends developing an integrated theoretical model and shifting from a reactive to a proactive approach in confronting psychological threats through the establishment of early warning systems and effective deterrence mechanisms.
