ملخّص: تتناول هذه الدراسة سياسات تركيا خلال العشرين عامًا الماضية تجاه المرأة والأسرة، ومكانة المرأة والأسرة في بناء الدولة القومية على أساس النهج الأيديولوجيّ، وكيفية تعريف المرأة وتصورها في المجال العام في ظل التحوّل الاجتماعي، وتأثير هذا التحوّل في الخطاب الأيديولوجي المتعلّق بالأسرة. والهدف هنا ليس إجراء نقاش أيديولوجي بتعريفات واضحة، بل فهم الآلية الأيديولوجية التي تربط النقاشات التي تمتدّ من الحياة اليومية إلى الخطاب السياسي بالواقع الاجتماعي المتمثّل في ظاهرة المرأة والأسرة والسياسات المتعلقة بهما.
ABSTRACT: This article examines women's and family policies in Turkey over the past 20 years, the place of women and the family in the construction of the nation-state based on ideological approaches, how women are defined and perceived in the public sphere in the context of social change, and the impact of this change on the ideological discourse on the family. The aim here is not to engage in an ideological debate with clear definitions, but rather to understand the ideological mechanism that links discussions ranging from everyday life to political discourse with the social reality represented by the phenomenon of women and the family and the policies related to them.
