ملخّص: شهد نظام التعليم التركي خلال العشرين عامًا الماضية تحولًا كبيرًا، من خلال تنفيذ مشروعات ابتكارية تهدف إلى تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتعزيز المهارات المعاصرة لدى الطلاب، ودعم التنمية المهنية للمعلمين. تضمّنت هذه المشروعات إدماج التكنولوجيا عبر مبادرات مثل FATİH وEBA، وتعزيز التفكير النقدي والابتكار من خلال مسابقات ومشروعات وطنية، إلى جانب تعزيز القيم الوطنية والثقافية. كما جرى التركيز على الشمولية والعدالة التعليمية، ولاسيّما في المناطق المحرومة. ورغم التقدّم المحرز، لا تزال هناك تحديات تتعلق بالاستدامة وتكييف المشروعات مع الاحتياجات المحلية. ABSTRACT: Over the past two decades, the Turkish education system has undergone a significant transformation through the implementation of innovative projects aimed at enhancing digital infrastructure, fostering contemporary skills among students, and supporting the professional development of teachers. These initiatives have included the integration of technology through programs such as FATİH and EBA, the promotion of critical thinking and innovation through national competitions and projects, and the reinforcement of national and cultural values. Special attention has been given to inclusivity and educational equity, particularly in disadvantaged regions. Despite notable progress, challenges remain concerning the sustainability of these efforts and their adaptation to local needs.
